Some Frequently Asked Questions to get you started:
Rental fee of 1500.00+ HST covers a time frame of 3 days. This will allow you to set up the room and clean up the room the following day. It is presumed that the day of your wedding or event will occur on a Saturday, but other days can be arranged.
There is a five dollar per guest fee that is consistent with our visitor fee to the park, in addition to the base rent.
We do not provide tables or chairs but generally recommend Kingston Party Rentals for these needs as we have worked with them many times before.
Catering
Catering is your responsibility. We do have a food wagon that we keep open during your event to pick up any overflow that maybe or may not be required.
Alcohol
A special occasion permit is required if you are selling alcohol or making it available to your guests within the venue.

Camping
I have unserviced group camping sites available - the overnight rate per person is $10.00. The group site includes a private portable washroom and an exclusive area for your camping guests.
Cabins
There are two cabins available for rent and $375 plus HST per cabin (Add 100$ per cabin if on holiday long weekend).
Music - DJ/Bands
Stage and lighting are included/available on the venue for entertainment purposes. We have an exclusive relationship with one DJ company, known as 'Chico and the Machine'. This relationship is exclusive in order to streamline the various nuances of sound requirements both within municipality and in particular, to the building itself. They are competitively priced and have been serving the Kingston area for over 25 years.
